This means we may collect that "20 students in course X received a grade of 90," but we do not collect who those students are. • Opt-Out: You have the option to disable the sharing of this anonymized grades distribution data at any time within the Extension's settings.

B. AI Chatbot

• Voluntarily Provided Credentials: If you choose to provide your official Tel Aviv University credentials (or any other credentials) to the Chatbot to use its features, we will collect and store this information. This is the only personally identifiable information we actively collect.
• Conversation Logs: We may temporarily log conversations with the Chatbot to improve its performance and for debugging, but we will not associate these logs with your personal credentials unless necessary for technical support.

C. Website

• Analytics: We may use standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to collect non-personal information about website traffic, such as pages visited, time spent on site, and browser type. This helps us understand how users interact with the Website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide Services: We use the anonymized grades data to power the statistical features of the Extension. We use your voluntarily-provided credentials *only* to allow the Chatbot to perform actions on your behalf, as you direct.
• To Improve Services: We use aggregated usage data and analytics to understand what features are popular, to debug, and to improve the overall user experience.
• To Protect Services: We may use information to monitor for and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our Services.

• Credential Security: Any credentials you provide to the Chatbot are stored in an encrypted format in Google's Firestore database, a secure, cloud-hosted database.
• Legal Compliance: We manage this data in compliance with the applicable laws of the State of Israel regarding the protection of privacy and management of databases.
• Disclaimer: While we implement robust security measures (including encryption and reliance on secure third-party infrastructure like Google Cloud), no electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties.

• Anonymized Data: We do share the anonymized, aggregated grades distribution data with other users of the Services as a core feature.
• Service Providers: We use Google Firestore to store data. Google's own privacy policy and security measures apply to the data stored on their servers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency) in accordance with Israeli law.
